A different kind of roll

We had so much fun with somersaults last week that we thought, “why not run with it?”.  Or more specifically, roll with it…
Once again, for many of us it’s been years since we’ve even thought about doing a cartwheel.  Rest assured, we’ll find a way to apply the intended stimulus to a movement that’s challenging, but feasible.  And hopefully at least a little fun…

4 sandbag TGU/ shoulder to shoulder
Holiday Schedule:
We will be closing early on 12/24 (no classes/open gym in the evening), completely closed on the 25th and closed in the morning on the 26th.  Happy holidays!

    Didn’t want to push that last set. It was getting a little…suggestive.
