OK, so some of you were a little surprised when the WOD yesterday turned out to be “Fran” (but honestly, what the heck is a ninja jump? and only 21′ farmers carry?). I tried to leave some hints, but if wasn’t obvious just think of it as an early present. Regardless, it got some of you in that wouldn’t have come in anyhow, and all of you survived it and thrived through it. So if anything, hopefully this demonstrates that while we work hard here, at the end of the day it’s just a workout. We can approach any given WOD a multitude of ways. Choosing our approach is up to each of us as individuals. Our coaches are here to help, but figure out what’s right for you. On any given day, any WOD that shows up can be good for you.

Holiday Schedule:
We will be closing early on 12/24 (no classes/open gym in the evening), completely closed on the 25th and closed in the morning on the 26th. We will close early (no evening classes) on 1/31 and completely closed on 1/1/15. Happy holidays!
