There are a number of cues that you hear here all the time – chest up, brace up, knees out, etc.  Today I’m going to defer to CrossFit movement guru Kelly Starrett (and friends) to explain a little bit of the why we do this (and why it’s important to work with a coach).  It’s on the long side, but can be a pretty useful watch it you have the time.

    Front Squat: 155# – did 1 rep at 180 and didn’t want to do more haha

    WOD: 6:00, DUs for 1:30, KB 20kg, 24″ box jump, scaled handstand pushups
