push press: 85# x 5 and the ugliest 3 at 90#. I think my previous 5 rep PR was just under 85#, with 4×88#, so I’m pleased with this today.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS i love jazzercising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #s are super confusing, i live right now in between #s and kgs, i always have to do some quick conversion look ups before class to figure out previous PRs. i need my own personal conversion wall.
