Gettin warm out there…
I’m back, friends! And I brought some of Florida’s balmy weather. Be ready – all that struggling through a rough winter is about to pay off. It will be getting hot, so make sure you hydrate early. While continuing to drink water throughout the hour you are here is certainly helpful, ideally you’re making sure you have plenty of water 8-12 hours before coming in. Also, note that while you might be tempted to spend time in air conditioning, the more you do, the less your body will acclimate to the change in the climate. This is what we’ve (or at least I’ve) been waiting for, so let’s enjoy it!

Strength: 75# max for two rounds
WOD: 7:41 @ 65 lb and not so bueno wall climbs
wod: 16: something, Rx. I hit a wall and basically doubled my time on the last 9 HSPUs.
strength: bench 5×5 @185, 10×3 @135. There’s probably something dumber I could have done before this particular workout, I just can’t think of what that would be at the moment…
