CrossFit is known for it’s WOD format, typically either trying to get a set amount of work done as quickly as possible or getting as much work done as possible in a set amount of time, effectively trying to achieve the highest power output we can.  We can enhance our power output but spending time working on our movements in a more deliberately timed fashion from time to time.

Our WOD today has no score.  Instead, we’re just trying to move well with a challenging load at a deliberate pace.  This will still feel quite metabolic, but we will gain something quite different from this slightly different approach.

    WOD: 195#, 24kg, 20lb DBs because my legs were burned
