After working the first half of our clean during our strength portion today, we’ll be applying the patterning we set to an up-down ladder of power cleans and handstand pushups.  If we are effective in laying out good habits in our first and second pulls, the fatigue in our shoulders from the handstand push ups should not affect us too much when we come back to the bar.  This one will peak hard, but the slope on the way back down can and should be sprinted though.

STR:

EMOM 10
3 clean pulls
same # across all sets

WOD:

2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
Power clean (95/65)
1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1
HSPU

Strength – I squatted today (shocker) – Front Squat 10×3 Sets across at 135#

WOD – 11:28 Rx …I did this in my work’s gym. HSPUs against a “window wall” that is flush with the hallway to our company’s break room. People were walking back from the break room with chocolate cake. I’m not sure which side of the glass the bigger asshole was on.

      That totally made my day.
