Balancing our squats
Overhead squats are a tricky beast. They ask a lot of our mobility and ability to stabilize. Our complex today will help us find our path slowly before trying it at “snatch speed” and then give us one more chance to refine out squat path before finishing. There’s a lot to learn from this complex, so find a weight that helps you feel when you are off balance and unstable, but not one so heavy that you go into panic mode.
