3 piece
Learning how to pace ourselves is a powerful tool. Much of it comes down to how our bodies respond to different levels of intensity and how quickly they recover and are ready to do more work. The EMOM today will have three different parts, each minute switching to the next one. There is no score with this, but if you focus on getting each minute completed as fast as possible while still leaving yourself in a place to go hard for the next minute and peak at the end of the WOD, good things will come. Extra bonus: these are all the movements for our benchmark, so there is a direct use towards PRing it at the end of the cycle.
