Staying focused
Being able to think through complex situations while tired is a very useful skill. Today’s WOD engaged this idea with a set of work that can be tricky to think through and keep track of, especially your first few run throughs. Take a second to look through it and if it seems confusing, come to class ready with the questions you need answered.
