Today we’ll see a combination of some unique strength work that we did a few months ago with a WOD structure that we hit last week. If you came in on the first of April, see if you can challenge yourself to do more in this complex than last time. If you came in last Monday, you’ll know the feel of this WOD. Get heavy with those cleans and settle in to a pace that allows you to peak at the end, still looking good and moving well. 

STR:

4 front squats + 8 back squats

5 box jumps (30/24)

3 HSPU

1 clean (heavy)
