Our work today is all about using our upper half to support and hold tight under load, allowing our lower body to drive said load.  We’ll need to keep that midline tight to jump the bar overhead for the power snatches, to keep the sandbag stacked over our center while we run and to keep the bar overhead when we squat.  Keep this theme in mind throughout your time here today and you’ll be sure to make your work easier.
