A few weeks ago we did a chipper version of the CrossFit benchmark workout Helen. Today we’ll be checking in on the real thing. This is a great opportunity to take what you learned from having to pace larger sets out to see if you can pace better when they are broken up more. Plus, it’s summer in full swing… Who wants to be stuck indoors for the whole WOD anyhow?
