Just Keep Jumping
That’s all there is to this: just keep jumping. The DB Snatches will get heavy after a few rounds, but the good news is that you get to choose what arm you use. Easier to knock out 5 on each arm in a row? Go for it. Need to rest each arm after each rep? Go ahead and alternate arms to snatch. No matter how you do them, you’ll need to stay tight and use that jump every time to get it up – and then stay tight through the midline to make your tall box jumps a reasonable fast endeavor.
