Rest
We are all built to be able to truly sprint for a relatively short amount of time. You are all great at digging in and going hard, giving each workout your best effort, but that’s not necessarily sprinting. To keep working in our sprint energy pathway, we have to give ourselves some rest in between working efforts so we can recover enough to sprint again. Today’s WOD will give us this chance, with :30 of nothing to do besides recover and get ready to sprint again.

Good to be back in the building after so much travel. Did the WOD with the 5pm class!
STR: 145#. Short on time, jumping in at about 5:20 with no warmup to speak of. Had more in the tank, probably 165 or 175.
WOD: 113 Rx
The key to this WOD is minimizing your transition time. Run up to the bell and pick it up. Don’t wander, don’t turn around, walk in a circle, nothing. Just pick it up and go!
STR: 85#. First day back so I figured I’d take it slow.
