All of our movements today are fundamental gymnastics patterns.  Most of us aren’t here to be gymnasts, but there is a lot to learn from the foundational structures they use to build more complex patterns and movements.  Learning to do these movements cleanly and with control even as we tire will translate into quality movement across a broad range of activities.  So come on in and let’s get gymnasty.
