Bench
Building on the patterns we built with our dumbell floor and bench press work, today’s strength will be the bench press. Remembering what it took to stabilize dumbells (as opposed to barbells) and applying today to the barbell will help a lot when the weight gets heavy. We’ll then move into a WOD that gets us deadlifting every minute and then filling up the rest of our time with one of three movements. Keep yourself moving as much as you can, but be ready to move that bar when the minute hits.
