21-15-9 schemed workouts are popular in CrossFit.  Those of you who came yesterday should know why – because they are effective.  We’ll follow the same format today with different movements.  Be mindful of your hips on this one – they should be driving all of these movements.  A stable midline will allow them to do their job consistently across the 6-10 minutes you’ll be working on this one.
