Hammer Swings

 

3-5 rds, 10-12 minutes
10 Scapular Pushups
5 Arch Hangs w 10sec hold final rep

WOD:

* Row 750m
4 Rounds
– Lunge 50ft with Hammer (OH, Extended Arm, On shoulder)
(first and last rounds are 75ft for setup reasons)
– 25 Hammer Strikes (alternate arm each swing)
* Row 750m
