Here’s a great combo for y’all – today we’re going to squat heavy for strength, and then back it down and squat less heavy in the WOD.  The movement remains the same, but the context shifts.  This gives us a very different experience, even though on the surface it might seem like a lot of the same thing.  Be assured that there is a lot to get out of class today.  It will be a great way to get us into the holidays…

STR:

Low bar back squat
3-3-3-3-3

WOD:

5 Rounds
10 LBBS
*Rx is 60% of last back squat
10 Push ups
