Gotta get up to get down
Maxing out our lifts can do great things for us, but volume at sub-maximal weights is very helpful as well at progressing our lifts. We’ll get a chance to go heavy today, but once we do, we’ll back down a bit and build some volume. The WOD is short, so you’ll have time engage both approaches fully and still get in a nice burner.
