Kinda Cindy
If you’ve been around CrossFit for a while, the name Cindy means something pretty specific. One of the original “girl” WODs, this is a 20 minute AMRAP of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 air squats. We’re going to take this rep scheme and spin it around a little bit. Instead of an AMRAP, we’re going to go through 10 rounds and instead of 15 air squats per round, we’re going to do 5 front squats per minute. Have fun with this spin – it’s sure to be spicy.
