I’ll come clean on this one friends – I’m going on a little vacation starting next week and wanted to leave you with some things that I’m really passionate about. So today (my last weekday for a hot second), we’ll be hitting some handstands and getting down on the floor for the WOD. The goal with our handstand work today is not only to challenge and build your straight arm strength but to leave you with drills that you can work on on your own to build you towards a handstand (or an even better handstand if you can already do one!). So many great things come from training this seemingly elusive move – balance, coordination, sensitivity and fine motor control to name just a few. So come on in and let’s have a blast before I recharge my solar cells for the second half of winter!
