Magic Time
Many of you have heard my description of “Magic Time” – defined by any time I’m coaching. But seriously, Magic Time is any time that you devote to making yourself better. The hour that you are carving out of your day dedicated to working on yourself is magical.
In your hour at CrossFit Somerville, we understand that you’re all on your own journeys. Some of you want to be big and strong, some of you want to get smaller, or faster, or leaner; some of you just want to get and stay functional as you get older. Some of you are working out your anger and some of you are working on finding your anger for the first time.
We’re not here to tell you where you should go, but we’re honored to be part of your journey, and eager to help you get where you’re going safely and effectively.
In other news, Nick is out on vacation until the second week of February… so that means that I’ll be coaching every day in the morning or evening for the next three weeks. And we all know what that means… MAGIC TIME. 😉
