Time to Row

JT Scott | 01/21/2016 | 4

Monostructural workouts are a part of the CrossFit prescription, but it’s not often that we take the time to really dig in to doing one thing hard and fast. Today’s WOD is a set of short interval rowing sprints, and it’s a chance to give it our all 4 times in a row (#dadjoke).

In exciting news, it appears that the city of Somerville fixed the water main break, so our water should be back to full power now!

(As a reminder, our survey is still going – thanks for the responses so far, and if you haven’t taken 10-15 minutes to fill it out we’d love if you could click through the link on the front page of the blog to give it a look!)

STRENGTH:
