If you have good ring dips and good DUs, this one is a chance to rack up a TON of rounds, and my advice for you is to attack the bear crawls with maximum intensity to get good speed. If one of these strengthy or skilly movements is a sticking point for you, this is a great day to use your AMRAP time to attack your goats and get in a lot of practice in aid of getting better!
