Any time there is an olympic lift in the strength or workout portion of class, it is helpful to keep in mind that getting one thing right that day is an accomplishment.

With that in mind, our strength today is a little technical today but fear not! We’ll break down the hang squat snatch and give you plenty of chances to explore the movement before getting into some wall ball and dips.
