Lotta leg today, friends.  After some heavy load through the system in our deadlifts, we’ll be jumping and lunging.  We’re looking to make our box jumps high today and focusing on jumping high, not just squatting fast.  Focus on the hips opening strong and full before you worry about pulling your feet up…
