It’s that wondrous time of year friends, where the birds come out, the flowers start to bloom, and we hit the pavement more and more.  Perhaps it’s been a while for you – that’s ok.  Just like everything else, you have to start somewhere.  Embrace the running now and by the time summer hits, you’ll be looking forward to this part of the workout.
