Starting from the floor

Today we’ll be taking the bar off the ground and get some volume push jerks. Taking the bar off the ground before we jerk it adds an extra element to consider when adding weight between sets as well as an chance to clean more.
The work out is a traditional rep scheme and couplet of pull ups and kettlebell swings. Let’s start the week of on a good note and dig into this workout and have some fun!
