Perfect practice makes perfect. While the technique challenges to working our snatch balance are obvious (it’s easy to miss this lift for reasons other than strength), it will be quite important to remember this for the 84 deadlifts we have in the WOD. Move well here, or you’re sure to feel it in your low back on Thursday. And speaking of practice, the only way to get double unders under your belt is to try them. In workouts. So today, there are no single under scales, just time spent trying to bang out those doubles…
