handstand

We’ll be hitting Cindy’s big sister Mary today.  Using the same format as Cindy, we’ll have more or more challenging versions of the movements we see in the younger sister.  Still working a push, a pull and a squat, now the push is handstand push ups, the squat is a pistol and the pull ups are just a lot more.  These harder variants will ask us to use more finely articulated bodily control to most fast, and what better way to tune that in than with handstand training.  It’s going to be a fun one today friends!

    My favorite part about today’s workout were the hugs. We need more hugs.
