We’re one week out from our retest – how are we feeling about power cleans and rowing?

Neither show up today, but the strength we are building from our front squats will apply to both.  Moreover, the burpee box jumps will be developing the explosiveness we’ll want in both movements, especially the cleans.  Do not choose a box height that does not allow you to make these one fluid movement.  The Rx is deliberately low – use an agro box or shorter black box if you need to.  This is about loading your hip on the move, just like we do with power cleans.
