As spring takes a firmer hold on our world our bodies will be asking to slough off some of the winter stores.  Today’s work is all about cultivating a feeling of lightness, first by pulling our weight up and then with an old CrossFit classic bodyweight WOD.  Think light and keep a bouncy nature to your movement in this one to get through it faster and to leave yourself feeling better in the days following.

    The running should have been faster, but my legs just felt like nut butter… Definitely looking forward to losing this winter weight.
