Putting the bells to use
You might not want to press or snatch them, but with deadlifts on the menu today, those heavier dumbells are going to come in handy. Remember, deadlifting a dumbell asks us to get a little lower than we would with a barbell, so be sure you’re mindful of your back on the bottom. You’ll thank me tomorrow!
