Time to take it to the streets!  After some heaving loading with our deadlifts, we’ll be doing some interval work with running and thrusters, a combo that is sure to make us feel some feels.

STR:

Deadlift

3-3-3-3-3

WOD:

Every 90 seconds for 8 total rounds:
5 Thrusters (95/65)
200m Run

    WOD: 1:18 Rx
    Worked up to one solid rep at 355# but then psyched myself out of it.
    Quads are feeling a U.S. Naval fleet of feels this morning…
