All around the elements today are simple. We have deadlifts, wall balls, and running. The mechanics of these movement are not complicated but can be difficult to do well.

Deadlifts are not hard to do but when the bar gets heavy its a balance of core stability and standing that bar up. The work out is a descending ladder of wall balls paired with a short run after each round. Have a plan break up the wall balls however you need to to keep moving and run without stopping.

Simple does not always mean easy but don’t worry: it’s good for you.

Wall balls, running, and deadlifts at dude-thirty, tuning to AC/DC–this was a dream workout.
