Though if you’ve done tabata style work before, you’ll already know that the rest feels like barely enough time to move to the next station and take an extra breath. We’ll be alternating between push ups, toes to bar and single arm dumbell snatches. The clock turns us over fast, so be sure to no fall behind. Do what it takes to start each new movement on time or this will catch up to you quite quickly…
