Less Volume
Our WOD today is quite similar to our Monday WOD two weeks ago. We’re replacing the high volume air squats with hang squat cleans with dumbells. The volume is lower, but the load and skill is higher. Stay light on your feet and try not to let those dumbells weigh you down.
