Another flip
We’re reversing our class structure again today, doing our WOD first and finishing with strength work. The WOD should prep us well to get heavy with our back squats. While it shouldn’t be taxing enough to take away from the squats to follow, it should be something to get after and sprint. Getting those hips to open and those legs to fire hard will only help you load up after.
