We’re going to start the day with some deadlifts and then open up those hips and loosen up those legs with little bit of running.

Running and squatting is my one of my favorite combination of movements. Running after squat allows you to stretch out your hips after all those squats and deadlifts.

The shoulder to overhead element will probably be the limiting factor for most people today. So scale the weight on the bar to something you can put over head and front squat safely. At the end of each round sprint out the door for a fast 100m sprint.
