You guessed it we’re rope climbing! If this is a new skill or it’s just been awhile since you’ve climbed a rope, don’t worry, we’ll break the movement down.
We’ve also been working on our push ups so here a chance to apply it in a metabolic setting. It may not be what you expect, so see what you can learn from it. And lastly we’ll be doing single deadlifts with a barbell.
