Friday Funday!

It’s a long one today folks! The push ups and pull ups are the gymnastics elements that might trip some of us up. The good news is we’ve been practicing pushing and pulling the last 6 weeks. So you’ll all be pro’s at this one!
The volume is big on each of our elements so scaling appropriately and pace is key.
