Dynamic into static.  Getting better at one inherently helps the other.  All the hip movement in our box jumps can be a great reminder of our hips range so we can better find a position of maximal alignment when we are static.  And a more stable overhead position translates to so much more, not the least of which is how effectively we can press ourselves off of the ground while popping our feet underneath us.  Have fun, y’all!

BATTLE  FOR BOSTEROS UPDATE: Due to some logistical issues, CrossFit Boston is no longer able to host for this event (but athletes from that gym are still welcome to sign up!). The comp will be begin on Saturday July 30th at JP CrossFit and ending Sunday July 31st at CrossFit Somerville.
