Deadlifts and muscle ups

Today we have deadlifts for our strength and muscle ups in our workout. There are varying degrees of skill and strength involved in each movement. For our deadlift we have a touch and go version that allows us to use all that control we’ve developed and add a bit of speed as we take it off the floor.
Regardless what you have for pushing and pulling strength, we will be scaling the muscle up to 5 ring rows or dips if need be.
