This upcoming weekend we have our community competition at JP Crossfit on Saturday and CFSV on Sunday. So come cheer on our athletes!
We have tempo front squats today and I promise you they will probably feel heavier than normal. That’s ok just roll with it and add your weight accordingly. As for the workout there is no reason to stop so just keep swinging. (Get it? Just keep swimming?)
