We’re flipping again today – starting with a WOD that’ll get our hips firing hard with enough rest build in to stay explosive throughout the 12 minutes.  This will give us plenty of time at the end of class to get heavy with our power snatch singles.

WOD:

0:00-0:50 – 10 Russian KBS (2/1.5)

0:50-1:30 – ME Burpee Broad Jumps (4′)

1:30-2:00 – Rest
