HBBS: got 130# for 3 and failed at 2×135#
WOD: 6+12 at 115#. My first round of push ups were great, but that’s about it. The burpees made them suck pretty bad!
Cal, same here! 1st round of pushups wasn’t terrible but it quickly (& predictably) went downhill from there. 4 + 7 at 135#
HBBS – 135# x 3, failed at 150#, not in the squat zone today
HBBS: 135# for 3, failed at 145#
WOD: I think I did 5 but they were awful ugly. I don’t know how the pushups ended up being worse than the burpees but they were.
HBBS: 245#. Matched previous PR
WOD: 6+8 @185#. Could tell the push ups were going to be miserable after the first round.
