Linda Lite
Who doesn’t love a good benchmark WOD? There are a lot of them out there, some much more conducive to a class setting than others. Today, we’re going to take “Linda” or “the three bars of death” and modify it a little to make it a bit more accessible. All of the Rx weights are based on percentages of your body weight. Even if you’r enot going for Rx loading, expect this to be a long one. We’re definitely working our slog-strength today!
