Getting wide overhead

We’re working our wide grip today with the barbell.  Power snatches, overhead squats and overhead lunge steps all involve a wider-than-normal snatch width grip on the bar.  Be nice to your hands and wrists throughout class and prioritize a comfortable engagement with your wrists and hands throughout class and you’ll thank me later!
